Il y a trois semaines notre porte patio a été fracassée par des voleurs. On a contacté plusieurs compagnies pour une estimation et délai pour l'installation, toutes nous ont dit un délai minimum de 6 semaines pour l'installation, ce qui était assez décourageant!
Portes et Fenêtres Factory Direct est la seule compagnie qui est venue faire l'estimation et les mesures très vite, et surtout l'installation à été faite en moins de deux semaines! On est vraiment très très contents. On recommande fortement cette entreprise! MERCI !!!

Je recommande chaleureusement cette entreprise pour changer ou acquérir une porte pour votre chez vous. Des le départ Sasha Odovski a compris mon besoin et m’a guidé dans mes choix, très à l’écoute de mes besoin, il a bien pris le temps d’expliquer la procédure, de la commande à l’installation. Le service a été impeccable, deux gentils Messieurs sont venus installer ma porte, j’ai observé leur travail, la minutie dans le détail. Niveau équerre, tout était là, ils ont pris le temps de ramasser morceaux de bois, papier plastique, ils ont même refait le cadrage intérieur ainsi que toute la base intérieure au bas de la porte : Un vrai travail de professionnel. Lorsqu’ils ont quitté l’endroit était impeccable, il ne me restait plus qu’à attendre pour enlever les papiers sur le verre. J’ai offert de leur donner une compensation financière pour le temps qu’ils avaient pris à faire le travail, ils l’ont refusé poliment, une équipe formidable.
