We recently had new windows and front door installed in my home and I was very happy with the entire experience.

From the start to finish (visit from Sasha to explain all the processs), then follow up (Sveta to review quotation and next steps) and installation (Factory Direct installation team to fully complete the work with quality) was exceptional service.

On top of that , Sasha helped us to understand the process to get the government loan and rebates and is very knowledgeable on the product , making the process easy to follow and meet the requirements I had (quality, price, delivery time).

Nous avons remplacé nos fenêtres avec le Factory Direct. Il y a presque trois ans et nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre choix. Notre projet était assez grand, car on a changé la porte d'entrée et la grande fenêtre au-dessus, les fenêtres de la maison et la porte patio. On a pensé que le projet était très difficile à réaliser, mais le Factory Direct a montré que pour eux c’était rien impossible. ☺️Cependant, ils ont tout fait dans une seule journée. La porte d'entrée a été remplacée par une plus large, afin de faciliter l'entrée d'objets volumineux comme un lit ou un frigidaire, car nous ne souhaitons plus utiliser l'entrée arrière qui a été abîmée lors de la livraison d'un frigidaire. Jusqu’à date, il n'y a aucun problème de buée ni d'autres défauts. Seulement, en été, une fenêtre avait petit problème, mais elle a été rapidement remplacée et depuis, nous n'avons rencontré aucune difficulté. Nous recommandons vivement le Factory Direct, car leurs produits sont de qualité et le prix est tout à fait justifié. De plus, service client est très apprécié! Merci beaucoup!

Today, installers came to install my patio door and they did the fantastic job. The only thing i didn't like that there was another cost that i get to know in the end when they removed the old door. They mentioned me that there is no base and they have to put the floor to level. To level up will cost me 150 dollars extra. As, i had no other option to pay because at that moment previous door was removed. So, make sure guys always if there will be any additional cost other than the contract that is signed prior to the job. So, i negotiated with them and ended up paying 100 dollars to installer. Especially, the company must inform that there can be additional cost on top of what we agreed on. About the service, The door was supposed to take 6-8 weeks but the job is done in less than 6 weeks(fast service).

First class service from beginning to end even though mine was a small order (2 tilt and turn windows for basement bedrooms). I was happy to find these hard to find windows at a reasonable price. Not only was dealing with Tony a breeze, delivery was on time and installation was perfect and cleanly done (floors and furniture covered by the installers, and vacuum in tow) complete with interior and exterior mouldings (not shown in the pictures). I held off on my review until I would receive the warranty documents from the manufacturer which I was told I would get (back in June 2024), but never got...a minor detail in any event. All the same, I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

My experience with Factory Direct Windows and Door's.The representative that they sent at Factory Direct was Sasha, the only representative that came with a brochure and a model of the windows to be installed if naturally we would do business with them. From the very beginning Factory Direct was a great choice.

Sasha and Sveta were knowledgeable and honest, as well as just a pleasure to work with. We went with them to replace some of our windows and throughout the whole process, they, and the rest of the team, proved to be reliable and dependable during every step, even after signing the contract.

The windows themselves were made with great quality, not to mention beautiful, and the installation went smoothly. They were on time, with the right materials, as scheduled and as described, for a great price.

The team installing the windows was also respectful of everything else in our house and were careful not to scratch or break anything while they were putting the windows in.

The windows were put in just over a year ago and we have had no short term or long term issues with any of them. If you want peace of mind that the project will just simply go right, Factory Direct will give you that.

I contacted Factory Direct to replace sixteen windows and six doors. I right away felt extremely comfortable with Sasha, the rep that came to take initial measurements. He was truly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and had a sample of the frame they would use. His presentation was the best I saw, and I did call multiple companies I knew right away I was going to choose Factory Direct.
The next steps went nicely and smoothly as well. Sveta handled sending me the estimate and making all the adjustment required until we were happy with all the choices. She was very professional and patient. Factory Direct offered me better quality at a competitive price.
Last step delivery and Installation, the team showed up on time, they promised everything would be done in 2 days and they delivered. Ujen the project manager and his team worked like machines. They were quick and did not waste any time and they cleaned everything. They did an excellent job.

We changed the patio door, front door and windows (4 windows in one house and 11 in another one). Their team was very experienced and super efficient. They did their job with good quality and at the same time were able to finish within 2 days (for our big project, 11 windows, including those on the roof + front door and patio door). I also liked their windows' frame much more than any other window I've seen at my friends houses. They have wide frame and esthetically it looks very nice! Initially, we were skeptical due to past bad experiences with construction companies not delivering on quality and deadlines. However, when we met Sasha and later spoke with Sveta, we immediately noticed a difference.

The key differences were their much longer warranty and flexible payment arrangements—they didn’t require full payment before installation, which reassured us that we would have leverage if the product quality wasn’t as promised. Even then, we remained skeptical, having previously dealt with companies whose behavior and communication changed drastically after contracts were signed. As a cabinet maker and furniture builder i have to say it was a pleasant experience to have my windows done by them in july 2024. i spoke with Tony (sales rep.) for the first time in April and everything went smoothly from there. We had several exchanges and i even visited the shop in ville-saint-laurent where i met Max which is their head installer. They gave me a quote considering extras for cutting slightly larger openings for most windows (10 windows total) and i was stunned to see that they were nearly 4000$ cheaper than the big name competitor and the guarantee was better as well. Max came by to take the final measurements and as promised my windows were installed within 7 weeks. They were a team of 3 men (Max and his boys) and they got all the windows done in 1 day (i couldn't believe it), urethaned and caulked. Great price, Great service, and i am more than satisfied. Even with my 22 years experience in woodworking and cabinet making i would not have done a better job. definitely recommend these guys!!! thx Tony and Max!!!
