Nous avons remplacé nos fenêtres avec le Factory Direct. Il y a presque trois ans et nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre choix. Notre projet était assez grand, car on a changé la porte d'entrée et la grande fenêtre au-dessus, les fenêtres de la maison et la porte patio. On a pensé que le projet était très difficile à réaliser, mais le Factory Direct a montré que pour eux c’était rien impossible. ☺️Cependant, ils ont tout fait dans une seule journée. La porte d'entrée a été remplacée par une plus large, afin de faciliter l'entrée d'objets volumineux comme un lit ou un frigidaire, car nous ne souhaitons plus utiliser l'entrée arrière qui a été abîmée lors de la livraison d'un frigidaire. Jusqu’à date, il n'y a aucun problème de buée ni d'autres défauts. Seulement, en été, une fenêtre avait petit problème, mais elle a été rapidement remplacée et depuis, nous n'avons rencontré aucune difficulté. Nous recommandons vivement le Factory Direct, car leurs produits sont de qualité et le prix est tout à fait justifié. De plus, service client est très apprécié! Merci beaucoup!

First class service from beginning to end even though mine was a small order (2 tilt and turn windows for basement bedrooms). I was happy to find these hard to find windows at a reasonable price. Not only was dealing with Tony a breeze, delivery was on time and installation was perfect and cleanly done (floors and furniture covered by the installers, and vacuum in tow) complete with interior and exterior mouldings (not shown in the pictures). I held off on my review until I would receive the warranty documents from the manufacturer which I was told I would get (back in June 2024), but never got...a minor detail in any event. All the same, I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

He was truly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and had a sample of the frame they would use. We changed the patio door, front door and windows (4 windows in one house and 11 in another one). Their team was very experienced and super efficient. They did their job with good quality and at the same time were able to finish within 2 days (for our big project, 11 windows, including those on the roof + front door and patio door). I also liked their windows' frame much more than any other window I've seen at my friends houses. They have wide frame and esthetically it looks very nice! As a cabinet maker and furniture builder i have to say it was a pleasant experience to have my windows done by them in july 2024. i spoke with Tony (sales rep.) for the first time in April and everything went smoothly from there. We had several exchanges and i even visited the shop in ville-saint-laurent where i met Max which is their head installer. They gave me a quote considering extras for cutting slightly larger openings for most windows (10 windows total) and i was stunned to see that they were nearly 4000$ cheaper than the big name competitor and the guarantee was better as well. Max came by to take the final measurements and as promised my windows were installed within 7 weeks. They were a team of 3 men (Max and his boys) and they got all the windows done in 1 day (i couldn't believe it), urethaned and caulked. Great price, Great service, and i am more than satisfied. Even with my 22 years experience in woodworking and cabinet making i would not have done a better job. definitely recommend these guys!!! thx Tony and Max!!!
